Description

Digital Fabric Direct Printing, known as DTG (Direct To Garment printing) printing, is one of the new services we provide to our customers. At POP11 we have the necessary equipment for digital printing on fabric giving you the option to print on t-shirts, TShirts, sweatshirts, as well as textile bags and pillows for your personal use or as an original promotional gift for your business promotion.

With POP11 you can quickly print your favorite design directly on T-shirts, bags and pillows with the most up-to-date print for impressive results.

The fabric should be larger than 35 x 40 cm and the print area should be less than 33 x 38 cm.
The printing fabric should be 100% cotton or blended materials with at least 60% cotton.
Printing is done directly on black, colored and white fabrics up to 25 mm thick, and the color falls directly on the fiber of the fabric.
The colors we use are eco-friendly and are ECO PASSPORT certified by OEKO-TEX®2.

Specifications of files to print

Files to be printed should be in high resolution .pdf format.
Photos should always be CMYK and at 300 dpi (in physical size).
The fonts and elements of your template should be linear: convert to curves for Corel Draw and create outlines for Illustrator & InDesign.
3mm cuts on each side and cutting points.Cutting points should be registration. All elements of your mockup (letters, photos, drawings, logos) are at least 5mm through the cut points.
Shows the folding points if your form folds.
