The available shipping andmethods delivery are:

– Receipt from our store (Palamidiou 9, Alimos 174 55), free of charge, from Monday to Friday and from 9:30 to 18:30 (except for official holidays ).

– Send via EL.TA. (Mail) *

Charges apply throughout Greece and pickup is made by the post office closest to the address you have stated. No area is considered to be inaccessible. The usual delivery time is from 1 to 5 business days.

– Courier *

For fast service and delivery of home-based products in almost all destinations in Greece. In very rare cases, where a site is considered to be inaccessible and delivery at home is not feasible, picking is done from the nearest mail. The usual delivery time is 1 to 2 business days.

– Shipping with bulk carrier *

For bulky and large items shipments are made to a shipping company in agreement with the customer. In isolated cases for remote locations, you may have to pick up the product from the shipping branch.

– Another way to deliver an order

In case you prefer to ship in some way other than those described above, you can contact us to discuss the transfer. The alternative shipping methods may be a courier of your choice or, in some cases, shipping with a shipping company. In both cases, of course, the shipment will be debited.

Caution! The goods travel on behalf of and at the risk of the buyer. For any dispute, the buyer must notify in writing within 2 days. After this deadline, the buyer accepts the quantity, quality & price of the goods sold.

Production & Delivery Duration

Production time is calculated after the approval of the files to be printed and the confirmation of payment of the deposit.

The processing time of orders is 3-6 working days, depending on the type of order, while the delivery time depends on the delivery method of the order selected by the customer.

Upon consultation, production and delivery can be made within 24 hours.
