• Files to print should be in .pdf format high resolution.
• The photos should always be CMYK and at 300 dpi resolution (in natural size).
• The fonts and elements of your maquette must be converted to linear: convert to curves for Corel Draw and create outlines for Illustrator & InDesign.
• 3mm cuts on each side and cutting points. Cutting points are registration. All the elements of your model (letters, photographs, drawings, logos) are placed at least 5mm through the cutting points.
• Show the folding points if your form is folded.

Caution: POP11 does not bear any liability and does not cover you with replacement in the event of a kink or color error if the above specifications are not met.

Before we print, each preprinted check is performed to check that it meets the above specifications. In case your files do not meet one or some of your specifications, we notify you by email or give you a call to make the necessary corrections.

What is the dimension of a business card?

The most common dimension is 8.5 × 5.5 cm. However, it is possible to print in different dimensions and shapes (circular, square, rectangular with oval corners) at extra charge.

Which options are available to print a business card?

The choices are many and can give the ultimate result a unique style that will make your business card stand out. The creative part of POP11 is at your disposal to explain the benefits of each of your choices, such as special papers, matte or glossy lamination.

POP11‘s creative team takes on the design of your business card at an extra charge.

The minimum order quantity for:

• Business cards are 50 pieces.

• Brochures / forms are 100 pieces.

• Posters up to A3 + (32 x 45 cm) are 1 piece

• Invitations & Envelopes are 50 pieces.

In case of additional printing later without changes to maquette or cutter, there is no additional charge beyond the printout.

In POP11, you can quickly print your favorite design directly onto t-shirts, cloth bags and pillows in the most modern print format for impressive results.

• The fabric should be larger than 35 x 40 cm, and the print area should be less than 33 x 38 cm.

• The printing cloth should be 100% cotton or combined materials with at least 60% cotton.

• The printing is done directly on black, colored and white fabrics up to 25 mm thick, and the color drops directly into the fabric of the fabric.

• The colors we use are ecological and have ECO PASSPORT certified by OEKO-TEX®².

Washing & Maintenance Instructions

• Turn the fabric upside down and wash it up to 40 ° C.

• Use soft soap or softener.

What is the minimum order quantity for invitations? Can I make an additional order later?

The minimum order quantity for the invitations is 50 pieces, and you can make an additional order at any time if necessary.

Can I see the invitation card before it prints?

Before making the invitations, we will electronically send you the model to make the final check before printing and after we receive approval we will proceed with the production

What happens if a spelling error occurs?

Once you’ve seen and checked the model we sent you electronically, you are the recipient and responsible for the correctness of the data and the text.

Can I print the invitation card in different dimensions?

We have the ability to customize the invitation card you are interested in in the dimensions you want.

Can I print the invitation card in a different language other than Greek?

Of course, it is enough to send us the text.

Can I intervene in the plans?

We can offer you a wide range of ready-made designs, but you can choose colors, combine materials and shape your own idea. You can also choose any text or any font you want.

For installing the sticker you will need:

Step 1ο
Clean the surface you place the sticker with a dry cloth or paper.
Step 2ο

Place the sticker on the surface you want to place. Support the sticker using the paper tape.
Step 3ο

First remove the tape from one side. Peel the application tape along with the sticker from the backing paper to the waist (center paper).
Attention!! Part of the sticker (especially if it is made up of small pieces) may remain stuck to the backing paper. Reset the application tape and press with the plastic spatula until the sticker sticks to the application tape.
Step 4ο

Then, with a scissor or a cutter cut the backing paper as shown.
Step 5ο

Glue the application tape with the sticker onto the surface. With the help of a plastic spatula, press on the sticker to stick the sticker on the surface.
Step 6ο
You have half the sticker applied to the surface. You can remove the tape from the center and repeat steps 3,4 & 5 to complete the sticker installation.
Step 7ο
First we press the plastic spatula all over the application tape on the surface to avoid any part of the sticker remaining on the transfer film. Then start removing the application tape carefully at an angle of 180 degrees.
